      Hi Bev,

One of my students has his own games-development company, so I’ve some idea of what it’s like. Nowadays, its quite competitive so you have to be really creative to make money from games.

Also people are used to getting lots of games free on the app store, so they really don’t want to pay a lot for a good game. So if you are interested in that industry, you should partner up with a good business person.

You’ll need someone to manage the advertising and marketing, so you can concentrate on the games-development.

Personally, I love writing code and creating games, so if I ever leave medical research, I’d definitely consider it.

If you are interesting in learning to code, see if you can join a local coding-dojo. It’s a great place to learn the basics.

I tried in the past but I seem to be much better at building physical stuff. I wish my brain worked like that

I would love to make games but I’m not very imaginative so I would need someone else to think of the idea and I could build it! 🙂
