      Thanks for the question.

      It was only about 3 weeks ago actually! I had worked in Malawi for a small charity before here, but now I’m in Kenya.

      I’ve never worked for a big organisation like UNICEF before and was interested to learn more about the approaches use in their work.

      Its a great opportunity for me to create change at scale…UNICEF have a lot of offices around the world so I’m feeling very lucky…though I must say its a demanding job. UNICEF get a lot of donations, so we know that we have to work hard to spend the money people have donated well.
